Victory is mine

I have single-handedly vanquished the outdated Berroco Chick with the dangly 80s earrings (if you don't remember that post, check the archives for November 2005).

This is one of the new Berroco chicks (Millenium edition):

God, I love Norah Gaughan.

Uh, don't count your chickens. :-) The model you like has been featured in the Berocco KnitBits newsletter since at least June 2006, so she may not have replaced the one you hate.

  6. Nice model. Still silly poses. Why is she holding a wallet at her waist?

Complete NG groupie here. I've already made 2 things from the new booklet, have 2 more on the needles and 2 more planned.

Berroco Trilogy (don't forhet the marca registrada) is 40% (40%!!!) nylon.
Sorry, but I remember wool/big nylon blend sweaters of the seventies.
Fie on them. Let them stay buried in the bog.
