I'm going to be a little bitter here and remark that it ticks me off that stuff like this dress - which is unwearable by nearly any woman but "edgy" gets all kinds of press time on various craft sites, but the lovely intricate stuff that so many people do - lace shawls, cabled sweaters -tend to get ignored.
They take equal (at least) skill, but I presume because the lace or cables are "traditional" they are seen as boring and not-worthy of mention.
Oh that is hilarious! I always wonder about the thought process that leads up to these designs. Perhaps there was alcohol involved. :)

ReplyDeleteThat is too damn funny!
ReplyDeletePerhaps it is a comment on the true position of women in the patriarchy.

ReplyDeletewhat self-respecting woman would wear this hideous piece of $hit?
Oh, the Horror!
ReplyDeleteI have to go wash out my eyes, now.

ReplyDeleteI had decided to stop buying SK for the benefit of my monthly budget starting ASAP...now its in protest of THAT!
ReplyDeleteGo to Rose-Kim knits today, or any Thursday...although today is a rather spectacular train wreck of 'knitted fashion'.
