Thanks so much Carol and Chrissy! Email on it's way to you.
My book has arrived and I'm very pleased and impressed. You can't judge a book by it's cover alone. The cover and 4 or 5 random pages are all I needed to see how thoroughly Chrissy has covered her subject in this book, but never at the expense of being easy to read or understand.
The worksheets ensure that what is learned can immediately be put to use in developing new patterns or adjusting existing ones. The gift of confidence is a great gift indeed, and that is what the worksheets offer.
The beautiful patterns are well written and nicely charted in a size that had these old eyes celebrating.
The photography is beautiful, plentiful, and even more importantly, helpful! Sometimes the illustrations accompanying knitting instructions do little to assist the reader, this is not the case here. Photos of the stitch patterns and details are sharp and clear.
Carol, I'm so pleased with this book, and want to thank you and Chrissy again for the givbeaway. I hope everyone reading this will follow the tour, and good luck to those trying to win their own copies.
