I'm going to be a little bitter here and remark that it ticks me off that stuff like this dress - which is unwearable by nearly any woman but "edgy" gets all kinds of press time on various craft sites, but the lovely intricate stuff that so many people do - lace shawls, cabled sweaters -tend to get ignored.
They take equal (at least) skill, but I presume because the lace or cables are "traditional" they are seen as boring and not-worthy of mention.
Featuring patterns for sock yarn --for things other than socks -- from designers like Veronik Avery, Franklin Habit, Laura Grutzeck, MMO, Brooke Nico, Tanis Gray, Barb Brown, and more, published by Lark Crafts and available now.

Oh that is hilarious! I always wonder about the thought process that leads up to these designs. Perhaps there was alcohol involved. :)
O.M.G.!?!? What in the world!
That is too damn funny!
Perhaps it is a comment on the true position of women in the patriarchy.
Then again, maybe not.
I'd be afraid some jackass would bite my bun!
(Funny..my security word was "gatch" which describes this dress very nicely)
You want fries with that??
YIKES!
Oh, man! How...odd.
Isn't it technically a "Cheeseburger Dress?"
Oy. Vey.
WTF?????
what self-respecting woman would wear this hideous piece of $hit?
Oh, the Horror!
I have to go wash out my eyes, now.

I had decided to stop buying SK for the benefit of my monthly budget starting ASAP...now its in protest of THAT!
Go to Rose-Kim knits today, or any Thursday...although today is a rather spectacular train wreck of 'knitted fashion'.
